Here's week 2 of 23things already! I forgot to give you some info about myself last week, so here goes:
I am the LMS for both Wamego High School and Middle School (new this year, but probably forevermore). I've been at USD 320 for 11 years, and love it. We are located on the beautiful Highway 24 corridor between Manhattan and Topeka.
I love reading (of course), and learning new technology (when I have time - that's what makes this series of lessons so attractive!).
I am setting up my Facebook account as instructed, but will probably have to wait for my spam report to get my confirmation email. I'm a little dubious about Facebook, but am willing to give it a try - my 18-year-old Jen, is an avid user (but she probably won't friend me :-( )!

Go ahead you can befriend your daughter. I have a friend and her son was so excited when his parents got on facebook and became "friends", that he posted "My parents are now friends". I have befriended my son, and now I get a chance to read his blog. I have enjoyed Facebook to connect with cousins and other family members. I have also connected with some classmates and others I haven't be in contact with for years.
